Normark Defence is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of innovative projects from conception to commercialization. As the bridge between our Innovation Officer and Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving collaboration, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery. THE ROLE:

As Project Manager at Normark Defence, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of innovative projects, from ideation with universities to commercialization and sales. You will collaborate closely with our Innovation Officer to identify promising technologies and develop project plans, as well as with our Business Development Officer to ensure successful commercialization and market penetration. You will refer directly to the Business Unit Leader.
The work location will be at our office in Søborg, but with working from home as a natural part of our day-to-day operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• In close coordination with Innovations Officers collaborate with universities and research institutions to identify and evaluate potential research projects and technologies.
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify solutions to ensure project success.
• Work closely with the Business Development Officers to develop go- to-market strategies and drive product commercialization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Preferably PRINCE2® or comparable project management training.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, preferably
• within the defence or technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from
• initiation to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to
• effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of innovation processes, technology transfer, and
• commercialization strategies is desirable.
• The candidate should foresee undergoing screening for the security
• clearance: NATO SECRET.
