Business Unit Lead
The Business Unit Lead oversees the unit’s operations and is overall responsible of the unit’s employees and connected New Co.’s. It is the Business Unit Lead’s responsibility to reach the targets set for the Business Unit and has the financial responsibility connected to the business unit.
Innovation Officer
The Innovation Officer is responsible for the Phase 1 – 4 processes. It is also the Innovation Officer who is responsible for the connection to the university/innovation partner. The innovation officer is responsible for making sure that all new prospects go through all four phases including the pitch.
Project Officer
The Project Officer oversees project management throughout the New Co.’s entire life span within the Innovation Model.
