The role
As Administration Lead at Normark Defence, you will play a central role in ensuring our operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing payroll and handling HR-related tasks, including the registration of leave, sickness, and working hours. Additionally, you will oversee document management and bookkeeping, as well as contract administration and invoicing. Your role will also involve supporting our CFO and contributing to the establishment of new companies, along with assisting in VAT reporting. You will play a supporting role in the onboarding process of new colleagues, ensuring a seamless administrative experience.
You will be part of the headquarters team based in the heart of Copenhagen and the position is currently scoped for 25-30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and process payrolls accurately and timely
- Perform various administrative financial tasks
- Assist with light bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Coordinate and facilitate the administrative part of onboarding of new colleagues
- Support administrative tasks related to company expansions and growth initiatives
- Handle administrative activities in connection to internal and external travel activity
Requirements
- Preferably a degree or diploma in business administration, accounting, finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business administration, accounting or finance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Danish and English.
- The candidate should foresee undergoing screening for the security clearance: NATO SECRET.
